Travel with Intent’s Sunday word challenge is ‘anticipation’. Just like Debbie, who posted anticipation on a fair ground ride I decided to follow suit.
On the day we went to a town called Portrush in Northern Ireland. Youngest daughter found a pair of sunglasses, they didn’t suit her but she tried them on all the same.
The big draw of Portrush is Barry’s amusements, where there is a small selection of fairground rides.
The one that is most scary is called Freak Out, it seems to swing you out over the water. much fear and anticipation while waiting to go on the Freak Out ride. I’ve been on it too, I know how it feels!
The littlest legs dangling are Sol’s.
Here we go …
Fantastic photos–thank you for sharing!
Thankyou.
Wonderful. I know the children love it and me also. TY, my View of Europe continues thru your eyes. 🙂
Thankyou, I have travelled a fair bit around Europe, check out some of my older posts.
Will do. TY.:)
That’s a lovely shot of your daughter in sunglasses. and that ride was a great choice for anticipation.
Definitely, the ride on its own is scary enough but coming out over the water is EEK.
Freak Out sure looks fun 🙂
