We have made 40 bags of fudge over the last couple of days, all I can say is that we are fudged out! This is the first recipe, I plan on posting one every day for a few days.
250g milk chocolate
350g white chocolate
1 can condensed milk
6 mini bags of jelly tots (148g)
Strawberry flavouring to your taste
Melt all of the ingredients in the slowcooker except for the jelly tots.
Turn your slowcooker to low and stir the fudge mix every 15 minutes.
Cook for 90 minutes total.
Stir in the jelly tots and mix well.
Spoon into moulds and allow to cool in the fridge for several hours before cutting.
