Slow Cooker Crunchy Salted Caramel Fudge

I think we have just about exhausted all the ingredients in the house for the slow cooker fudges that the family likes. I need to go shopping for some more ingredients, but in the meantime I want you to enjoy this ensemble.

Oh, and I have warned you. By making this fudge you are encouraging spooks into your own home. In our house we have recently been troubled by a ghost who goes by the name Mr Nobody, he wanders around the kitchen when no one is looking and eats all the fudge.

1 can of condensed milk

1 teaspoon of butter

3 100g bars milk chocolate (cheap store brand)

2 100g bars white chocolate (cheap store brand)

7 mini caramel bars

Good grinding of salt

Some salted caramel biscuits crumbled up

Melt all the ingredients except the salt and biscuits in the slow cooker.

Cook on low with the lid off for 90minutes. Stir the chocolate mix every 15 minutes.

At the end of the cooking time crumble in the salted caramel biscuits and sprinkle as much salt over the fudge mix as you like.

Spoon into a silicone tray and leave it in the fridge for two hours to set.

Just make sure all your doors are locked and your windows are closed right. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Do you have a Mr Nobody living in your house?

Please comment me with your stories and incidents, I’d love to hear.
