Jelly Tot Slow Cooker Fudge

After making the condensed milk bread we had half a can of condensed milk left over.

My youngest daughter loves slow cooker fudge, but gets so cross that everyone eats it too fast for her liking. I told her she could make her very own mini batch of fudge and she is still smiling from ear to ear. This is her mini batch of fudge, it is very tasty. She cooked the fudge for an extra 15 minutes which has fudged the flavour more, that combined with the sweetness of the jelly tots has made it into a great fudgey batch.

Jelly Tot Fudge

1/2 can condensed milk

300g white chocolate (Tesco own brand cheap chocolate)

a multipack of jelly tots, 4 x 28g bags

Melt the white chocolate and condensed milk on high in the slow cooker.

Once the chocolate is melted turn the slow cooker to low, and continue to cook.

Stir the mix every 15 minutes for 90 minutes.

Mix in two of the 28g bags of jelly tots then spoon the fudge into a silicone mould.

Decorate the top of the fudge with more jelly tots.

Leave to set in the fridge for two hours before cutting up and storing.
